The project was developed to provide a fully integrated, reliable and future-ready infrastructure, combining energy-efficient solutions with centralised monitoring and control systems.

Production facility
In the production areas, Toffoli Group delivered a full electrical installation starting from the medium-voltage substations and the low-voltage power centre, which form the core of the plant’s distribution system. Power and lighting systems were designed to support the intense activity of the manufacturing departments, ensuring safety, robustness and operational continuity. A plant-wide supervision system allows complete monitoring of operations, while the 440-kW rooftop photovoltaic installation significantly contributes to reducing energy consumption. Energy production and usage are continuously tracked through a dedicated monitoring system, enabling optimisation of resources and enhancing the sustainability of the entire facility.
Offices
The administrative areas were also fully upgraded, with new electrical panels and installations for lighting and power supply. A fibre-optic data network ensures fast and reliable internal communication. The project is completed by an integrated video surveillance and access-control system, providing a high level of security and precise management of all access points, in line with the standards of a modern and technologically advanced facility.
