The company relied on Toffoli for the construction and modernization of its electrical and automation infrastructures, with the goal of optimizing production processes and improving energy efficiency.

Electrical systems
The project included the construction of medium-voltage substations, low-voltage power centers, and electrical panels serving production areas, offices, and the pump room. Lighting and power supply systems were installed, along with a fiber optic data network and the plant supervision system. The works were completed with a 2.3 MW rooftop photovoltaic system, an energy consumption monitoring system, and fire detection, video surveillance, and access control systems, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and safety.
Automation
Toffoli implemented automation systems and electrical panels for the extrusion lines and automatic material loading to the production lines. DC motors were upgraded to high-efficiency AC motors, and the chilled water plant and pump room were equipped with automated management systems. Additionally, a dedicated OT network was implemented for interconnection with the company IT network and a remote assistance system compliant with NIS2 regulations, ensuring secure and continuous production processes.
